Bishop Ransom Stephen
Ransom Echomgbe Stephen, the President, Senior Pastor and Bishop of Our Father’s House and Ministry International, with Head quarters in Yola, is the vision bearer and architect of HOHVIPAD. He is passionate and obsessed with supporting the needy, widows, Orphaned and vulnerable Children. His delight to support and raise funds to alleviate the sufferings of the down trodden in society has endeared him to raising support Students and Pupils in Schools and tertiary institutions. He is a trained Cross cultural Missionary, Avid Traveller and Director of two (2) Govt-approved Private Schools in Yola Adamawa State, Nigeria, Since 1996, Bishop Ransom Stephen has been serving in General Yakubu Gowon’s Body of Conveners of Nigeria Prays Organization and has part of the General’s delegation to London United Kingdom in 2007 and 2008 respectively. And in 2014, Bishop Ransom Stephen, while serving as the President and Chairman of Adamawa State Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) was appointed as a member of the American University of Nigeria –led Adamawa State Peace-Makers Initiative (AUN/API). This appointment and membership, gave him the rare opportunities, to be invited as Speaker (along with the then AUN President- Dr Margee Ensign and Chief Imam Dauda Bello) to the 2015 United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) annual conferences for NGOs in Geneva Switzerland and in 2016, went to Washington D.C , USA, for the Congressional Caucus conference. Bishop Ransom Stephen, who has received several awards of honour, is happily married to Revd Mrs Kate Dokuboba Ransom Stephen (nee Bob-manuel ) and together, they are blessed with four (4) promising Children-Gracious, David, Stephen and Jesse.
